Tenants must have no prior evictions and no criminal charges on their record. We do not accept co-signers on a lease who will not be living in the premise. Income qualifications are that the single or combined income must be at least 2.7 times the rent. All cars parked on the property must have a valid proof of auto insurance and a current license tag.
