This property is in the Brooklyn neighborhood, nestled between Powell Blvd, McLoughlin Blvd, and the Max orange line. It's on a very quiet street, without any houses on the opposite side of the street. The ADU is a stand-alone studio with no shared walls.

The washer and dryer are located in a storage unit that is attached to the ADU. There is no direct access from the ADU to the storage unit - you must walk outside to access it. The washer/dryer are shared by the main house and ADU. Besides laundry access, the storage unit is reserved only for the tenants in the main house.
