This is a Non-smoking (of any kind) house. We are looking for great tenants with a credit score of at least 675 and enough income to cover the rent. Subject to passing a background check, clean rental history, etc. Pets are allowed, however, we have the usual breed restrictions in place and a $25 (per pet) monthly pet rent.
