# Lease Description This Residential Lease Agreement is for the single-family home located at 3824 Longmeadow Way, Fort Worth, TX 76133. The property is leased for residential purposes only and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an attached one-car garage, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer connections, and a large fenced backyard. The property is a **no-dogs property** except as required by applicable law. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the residence and attached garage. Only approved occupants listed on the Lease may reside at the property. Subletting, short-term rentals, or assignment of the Lease are prohibited without the Landlord's prior written consent. Tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance with a minimum of 100,000 in personal liability coverage** for the duration of the lease and must keep all required utilities in their name throughout the tenancy. This Lease incorporates all attached addenda, policies, and rules governing the tenancy. By signing the Lease, Tenant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement and any attached addenda.
