Lease terms

This home will be undergoing turnover in early July with an anticipated move-in ready date of July 11th. Note that tours may be conducted alongside standard turnover maintenance. Tenant pays all utilities. No smoking. One year lease or greater. A holding deposit of $300 will be required upon application acceptance to secure the unit and will be credited towards the security deposit. Lease must start within 2 weeks of application acceptance, though some flexibility may be offered. Prorated rent will be due at move-in, followed by full payment on the first of each month. $400 non-refundable cleaning fee and security deposit due at move-in. Total deposits and fees will not exceed the equivalent of 1 month's rent. Renter's insurance for all adults will be required with minimum $100,000 in liability coverage. In the event that proof of renters insurance coverage is not provided, tenant will be automatically enrolled in LLIP coverage for $8.99/month to protect the landlord's interest. Per Seattle law, we screen tenants one at a time, first come, first serve. It is recommended that you apply early if you are interested to save your place in the application queue. Applications are not considered complete until the applicant has viewed the home and all adults 18 and over have fully finished their applications.
