LEASE TERMS: Tenant is responsible for all utilities and gardening. Lease term is 1 year, followed by month-to-month. Security deposit of 1 month's rent is due within 24 hours of qualifying. First month's rent is due at move-in. Lease must start within 2 weeks of approval. Pets are allowed with a fee: +$50/mo for each pet, up to 3 pets. No additional pet deposit is required. Breed restrictions may apply. APPLYING: Application forms will be provided by request following the appointment. Each adult (18 and over) must submit an application, photo ID, and proof of income.
