Lease terms

Owner will keep the water, sewer and trash in their name but the 200 dollar fee per month will cover that. Power, internet and TV service will be at the renters expense. Would prefer a 12 month lease but can negotiate longer or shorter. Due to the HOA there is no parking allowed in the driveway (there can be a fine for this that would need to be paid by tenant if accrued) and they will ticket parking on the street over night. Pets can be negotiated with regards to types and hos many are allowed. No smoking is preferred in doors. Standard maintenance such as filters and salt in the softener is the responsibility of the tenant but all other maintenance will be handled by owner.
