Rental & Pet Policy Pet Policy * The home allows up to 3 pets with prior landlord approval. * A $40 monthly pet fee per pet applies. * A $100 pet deposit is required. * All pets must be disclosed and approved before move-in. * Tenants are responsible for the care, supervision, and behavior of their pets. * Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the home, flooring, yard, landscaping, or property. Yard & Weed Maintenance Tenants are responsible for maintaining the yard throughout the duration of the lease, including keeping weeds under control and removing weeds as needed. The yard must be kept clean and maintained in a reasonable condition. Utilities & Tenant Responsibilities Tenants are responsible for all power, utilities, and trash services associated with the property. Tenants must establish and maintain the required utility accounts in their name upon move-in and keep all services active throughout the lease. Tenants are also responsible for keeping the home clean and in good condition and for promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the landlord.
