Lease Terms & Policies Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred. Shorter lease terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Special Offer: Sign a lease by June 30 and receive ONE MONTH FREE RENT. Occupancy Requirements: All occupants over 18 years of age must complete an application and pass background and income verification. Income Requirements: Household income should generally be at least three times the monthly rent. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean and promptly reporting maintenance issues. Parking: Parking is available on-site in accordance with community and HOA regulations.
