Feel at home in this cozy ranch-style cottage in peaceful Moreland Hills, offering 3 bedrooms and thoughtful amenities for families, friends, or a weekend getaway. The fully stocked kitchen features a coffee bar with complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, and syrups, along with all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The dining area seats 6 and includes a bar cart. Relax in the cozy living room with a Smart TV and a decorative fireplace. The inviting living spaces include a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and three comfortable bedrooms. The finished basement is designed for fun, featuring a game room with a ping pong/air hockey table, a TV with a couch, and board games. Laundry facilities are also available for guest use. Guests have access to the entire home, including the laundry area. A propane grill is available for cookouts, and guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement for the receipt. For pets, a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a flat fee of $125, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100.
