This gorgeous private bedroom with shared bathroom is available for move-in August 1st (Flexible)! Centrally located home less than 15 minutes away from most locations in San Diego. Required deposit of $1100 (plus first months rent) at the time of lease signing. This room can stay unfurnished, but we also have furniture that can be used. The room is newly renovated, with a month to month lease for $1100 monthly plus monthly utilities (electricity, water, and wifi).
