HOA Fees are INCLUDED in the monthly rent. A community swimming pool is included but tenant is liable and or responsible for breaking any rules of the swimming area provided by the HOA. Renter is responsible for utilities, cable/internet, etc. Small pets are welcome. Smoking is prohibited inside of the unit. Two parking spaces are provided in front of the unit but visitor parking spaces are available throughout the community. Trash and Recycling bins must be put back from the curb by Friday afternoons or the tenant is responsible for fees given by the HOA. Trash and Recycling pickup are Thursday mornings. If the tenant has any issues with maintenance to the residence; please contact the landlord directly. The landlord will contact the HOA directly or resolve the issue personally. Lease agreement must be signed by the tenant prior to moving in. The agreement will be provided by the landlord.
