Lease terms

- Minimum 6-12 months lease required - Full time or part-time STUDENTS only - Good credit score, 550+ - Proof of salary, income statements - Rent payable on or before the first day of the month, Auto pay required - No rent increase throughout the duration of lease term - 2 week notice required for vacating or extension of lease - No subletting - No pets - No smoking or vaping inside the property - No parties - No overnight guests - No visitors unless the tenant on lease is present at the property during visitations time. - Cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from the security deposit upon lease termination. - If damages or poor maintenance of the room and /or unsanitary conditions are found during check-out inspection to furnishings inside the room or common spaces, there will be additional charges and may be deducted from the security deposit upon check-out inspection.
