Our detached cottage is a place to chill, listen to records, and enjoy a private retreat tucked away in our quiet backyard with your own entrance and no shared walls. You'll be walking distance of restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, a yoga studio, gyms, hiking trails, and more. Our neighborhood is peaceful, dog friendly, and perfect for long walks. You'll also have easy access to local buses, 580 and 13, and BART. Space A private, peaceful retreat! This modern, detached ADU comes fully furnished with a full-sized kitchen, heating/AC, in-unit laundry, private deck, its own address and mailbox. Access your private entrance path and gate to the side of our house. Enjoy skylights and tall ceilings in the living room, then retreat to bedroom with blackout shades for a peaceful rest. Kick back and listen to some records on our vinyl player or enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen. You're free to pick from our lemon & fig trees when in season. We live in the main house on-site and love that our ADU allows us to share our new home with a new neighbor. SmartTV has access to Netflix, Hulu, Max, YouTube, SlingTV, and more.
