Lease terms

Entry by Landlord Landlord may enter the premises for inspections, repairs, maintenance, or showing the property, subject to applicable notice requirements and emergency exceptions. 11. Quiet Enjoyment Tenant shall not disturb neighbors or interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of surrounding residents. 12. Insurance Tenant is encouraged or required to maintain renter's insurance covering personal property and liability.
