Flexible Lease Terms Minimum stay: 1 month 1 to 2 months: Zillow advertised rate plus $200/month 3 to 5 months: Zillow advertised monthly rate 6+ months: Zillow advertised rate minus $200/month Extensions: Available as needed, with your rental rate guaranteed during your stay Notice to vacate: 14 days If your insurance company or temporary housing provider is assisting with your stay, we are happy to work directly with them and provide the property and lease information they require. Insurance and relocation placements may also qualify for a reduced security deposit. Fully Furnished and Move-In Ready This home is offered fully furnished and includes: Fully equipped kitchen Like-new bedding, linens and towels Washer and dryer Household furnishings and everyday living essentials Fenced backyard Two-car garage There is no carpet in the home, making it especially practical for families relocating with pets. Pets Welcome The whole family is welcome, including the four-legged members. Pet fee is $150 per pet, one-time and non-refundable. Pets must be house-trained and current on vaccinations. Vaccination records are required before move-in. We understand that during an unexpected relocation, records may not be easy to locate. With your permission, we can verify vaccination information directly with your veterinarian by phone when needed. Fees Post-stay cleaning: $350 Pet fee: $150 per pet, one-time and non-refundable Parking Parking is available in the front-entry driveway or two-car garage with remotes. House Rules Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home, garage, or near exterior doorways. Large groups, parties, and events are not permitted. This home is intended to provide a comfortable, well-maintained temporary home for families who need somewhere to live, not simply somewhere to stay.
