It's close enough to campus to ride your bike, walk, or take the bus to class.... 7 minute bike ride to Zachry building! The entire house interior/exterior has been newly painted, all new windows, doors, and blinds installed, and the wood flooring refinished and LV added in the kitchen & study. The shared space includes a brand new Kitchen, with all new appliances; a furnished living room with a new couch and TV; and a furnished study. The House also has a laundry room furnished with a full sized washer & dryer, and a large fenced in backyard and outdoor security cameras. 2 Available Rooms with walk-in closets (rent per room is $1,100* each month) Both rooms are furnished, but it's also ok if you want to bring your own furniture. * The rent includes Gas, Electricity, Trash, Water, WIFI, all yard maintenance, and quarterly pest control. Street parking only. Renters will each have their own lease and must be willing to set up electronic automatic monthly rental payments.
