Terms at 3805 Oxford Park Ln

Lease Duration The lease will commence on 11/15/2024 and terminate on 12/1/2025. Renewal options may be available at the end of the term with mutual consent from both parties. Monthly Rent The accepted monthly rent is payable on or before and no later than 5th of each month. Late fees apply if rent is not received by 5th of every month and will be $50 per day. Security Deposit A security deposit is required and is refundable upon lease termination, subject to inspection and any damages incurred. Utilities Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, internet, and waste management. Maintenance & Repairs Routine maintenance of the home is the responsibility of the tenant. Tenants must promptly report any damages or required repairs.
