Renting a private fully furnished and spacious bedroom (12' x 15') in a quiet neighborhood just one mile from top Valley trails and minutes from the… I-10 for easy commutes. The room's bathroom is shared with one other long-term tenant, and another half bath is accessible for guests.
Enjoy access to two community pools, a garage gym (weights, bench, pull-up bar, rings, and a rower), a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy loft library. This rental includes a dedicated (unshared) pantry space and fridge/freezer. We have ample storage space, so if you want to bring your own furnishings rather than use those provided, I should be able to accomodate.
This has been my favorite home and neighborhood out of my ten years of living in the Valley. Please reach out if interested!
