Lease Terms & Property Policies AFW Enterprise LLC offers 12 month ,month-to-month leasing to provide flexibility for our residents. Monthly Rent: $2,200 Security Deposit: $2,200 Included in Rent: * Water * Electricity * Gas * High-speed Wi-Fi * Washer and dryer access Rent & Fees: * Rent is due on the 1st of each month. * A $100 late fee will be assessed if rent is not received by the due date, as outlined in the lease agreement. Parking: * Off-street parking is available for residents. Smoking Policy: * Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Any smoking must take place only in designated outdoor areas and in compliance with the lease. Pet Policy: * Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Additional fees or deposits may apply if approved. Application & Screening: * All applicants are required to complete a rental application and screening process.
