The condo is offered for seasonal rental only and currently available between July 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026. The rental lease is for a 30-day or monthly term (with possible extensions within this period) and based on availability at the time of rental. No smoking allowed in the premises and only allowed in designated areas. No pets allowed at South Seas Club. Parking included in the registration fee payable to HOA. No subletting of any rooms are allowed. Maximum occupancy of 4 persons. All utilities are included (electric, water, cable TV and WiFi). A one-time cleaning fee of $170 is not included in the rental agreement and payable upfront. Tenant (s) are responsible for maintaining the property in good, clean condition throughout their stay and must comply with all property rules. Any damages and/or repairs at the conclusion of the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit. Renters must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the rental period.
