No Broker Fees! $2100 / month, $3150 security deposit. Rent includes electric, oil heat up to $2550 / year, hot water, water, sewer, garbage pickup, off street parking. Cooking gas, fuel oil exceeding $2550 / year, and cable is paid by tenant. Resident can use own a/c unit(s) if desired, $25 fee/ month per a/c unit June through Aug (to offset electric cost). Renters insurance is required. We perform applicant screening in accordance with New Jersey law. Applicant fee is $40 per applicant, paid directly to screening service. We screen for both credit and criminal history in strict accordance with New Jersey law. Applicant may provide evidence of inaccuracies with their criminal record, rehabilitation or other mitigating factors. Smoke - free property. No smoking permitted in apartment or on grounds. Acceptance of up to one small pet is subject to approval. Pet fee, if approved, is $50 / month.
