Thank you for your interest in our property in a lovely area within the Green District of Roseburg. For those applicants that meet the requirements an appointment can be made to see the property. When submitting your application, please be aware that your monthly income should be at least 3-4 times as much as the monthly rent. Also, your credit should be good with great references and employment history as well as rental history. A $45 fee for Credit and background check will be required per adult tenant applicant once you have viewed the property and decide to apply. Also, when are you looking to take occupancy? Do you have any dogs or cats that need to be considered? Pets change the terms of the agreement. Here is a list of move-in costs due upon signing 11 month lease (month to month thereafter): 1st month rent: $1800.00 1st mo. Reimbursement for Green Sanitary Utility $38.00 Security deposit is used for expenses that are the tenants responsibility such as last month rent (after notice to vacate is given and reimbursement for Green Sanitary Utility as well as payment for any damages that are not normal wear and tear). Note: Security Deposit is refundable and the amount to be refunded is calculated after tenant moves out.
