Long gravel driveway (4WD or AWD highly suggested all though past tenant did manage with a FWD when there wasn't snow) adds to your privacy. 2 parking spaces; additional parking can be designated at the entrance to the property if needed for visitors without 4WD/AWD. Super-energy efficient solid log cabin with stone accents and features smart use of space. This modern cabin measures 12' wide X 42' long, including attached 8' x 12' screen porch. 1br/1ba + loft + screen porch + firepit. Our family home, out of sight at the bottom of the mountain, adjoins on the next parcel. Hardwood floors throughout Main. The Queen Bedroom on main with lots of storage including a built-in platform bed with nice storage drawers and a good closet space and lots of open shelving. The carpeted loft space, accessed by stairs, has a low ceiling but has its own windows and can be utilized as a second sleeping space and can accommodate a queen mattress (or 2 twins) and a small/low dresser; or a potential home office space, hang out area or storage. The kitchen features a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, large sink and small dishwasher. Standard full-size bathroom with large shower, standard toilet, sink and storage.
