My neighbor is a very sweet, single woman in her 60s who mostly keeps to herself and does not use any of the shared spaces (so the front porch and backyard are essentially just ours) - There is a lot of extra storage in the upstairs closets, basement, and garage that you'd be welcome to use About us: I'm a 30 year old software engineer, working in office 8am-6pm Mon-Thur, and my girlfriend is a 26 year old court reporter, working in office 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. On weekdays, we typically wake up at 6am and we're usually heading for bed around 10pm. If I rated us on a 1-10 tidiness scale, I'd put us around an 8, so we're definitely looking for someone similar in that regard :) Routine stuff aside, we love playing pickleball, skiing, trying new restaurants, and hanging out on the patio!
