Two entrances.… Apartment is almost entire second floor of a great house in Heritage Hill. Hardwood floors except in one bedroom. Updated colors. Fireplace in bedroom. Includes utilities except electric. Off-street parking! Washer; dryer (coin-op) on site for tenant use. Lots of available storage. Wonderful yard with patio/dog areas.
Non-smoking only (by this, we mean NON smokers, not smoker-outsiders and not recreational pot smokers).
Will accept dogs with prior approval. We do NOT accept cats. This is non-negotiable. Do not ask. Do not try to explain how good your cat is. NO cats. Not ever. Not nohow.
Walk to downtown, Medical Mile; St. Mary's, GVSU; colleges, plus bars, restaurants; all the downtown fun your heart desires. Bus stop at end of street. Quiet, beautiful street right off Fulton. Great neighbors, awesome (nearly resident) landlords!
We (the landlords) live across the street, so we admittedly keep a close eye on it...no raucous partying; as little delayed maintenance as we can manage. It's on the "best street in Heritage Hill", which isn't OUR claim. The house (one of the historic houses in GR) has 5 apartments in it plus 1 in the carriage house; the tenants are all young professionals. The neighborhood is great; we've been here 33 years.
