This is a FULLY furnished two bedroom, one bath non smoking apartment in a side by side duplex available for rent in the great Riverside Neighborhood. These don't open up too often as they are in a great location just one block away from the Munger trail and a minute away from the lower chalet of Spirit Mountain. Dogs and cats are allowed. This is a great area for dog owners with walking on the Munger or just a short walk up to the Lake Superior Hiking trail. The duplex offers two nice sized bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The first floor has a large living room and a kitchen with newer cabinets, dishwasher and flooring. Off the kitchen there is a mudroom with stacked washer/dryer. The back deck is very large and has a fenced side yard. We use Tenant Cloud for background checks/digital lease signing. If interested I will send a google form to fill out for pre approval. Then once approved I will send a request to fill out an application and you would pay for a background check at tenant cloud(around $40). Then once fully approved I will send out the digital lease and request for security and cleaning fee($150).
