We are looking for a direct end user. Pets are welcome. Kids are more than welcome and will enjoy the property very much. Ideally an all-year-round renter for $3,000/m ($5,000 security deposit). 50X rent income ratio preferred. Perfect for someone that wants to try out the area before they buy. We would consider a seasonal rental. Details TBD Simple lease will be drawn up.
