Excessive barking and pet noise reported will be documented, and the renter will be charged additional fines if neighboring residents file complaints due to disruptive noises Unattended pet waste or the scent of pet waste coming from the patio areas will also be considered a chargeable fine for pet-owners who don't pick up their pet waste or keep the patio spaces free of pet urine smells.
