No more than 2 pets will normally be considered. The owners decision on pet acceptance is final. I consider potential damage, insurance liability, noise and nuisance factors as well as wear and tear when considering acceptance of pets. High credit score required 700 is the Minimum for all adult occupants. Application -credit report required - both the Zillow report and my own report will be required. This lease provides that tenants sign up for and pay all utilities such as: Water, Trash, Gas, Electric, Cable or Internet - Owner will pay for quarterly or semi annual sewer fees - and April to Nov professional landscape maintenance with a licensed company such as Blue Planet Maintenance. They will have gate access to come onto and into the fenced areas of the property, and will provide one day notice of their services. Any pets must be restrained from the exterior gated yard areas on the day of service. Max 3 person occupancy no smokers no vapers 2 car parking in garage Additional vehicle considered but not guaranteed - there is NO storage avail for boats, RV's trailers or anything other than a standard passenger vehicle or normal sized truck.
