Welcome to our little slice of sunset paradise! We are frequent travelers to Lake Havasu and decided to purchase a home here to enjoy and we thought we should share it with you too!! We provide Smart TVs with Netflix, comfortable living room seating, plenty of beds for the family, an entertainment backyard with games, pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and more. The driveway is large enough for boats, cars, and toys! We look forward to hosting you, we hope you love it as much as we do!! Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! Quiet family friendly neighborhood Everything is within 5-10 minutes from this home... including lake, entertainment, restaurants, shops, etc. Accessible via car, ATV, uber, or bike OTHER THINGS TO NOTE *Must be 25+ years old to book Quiet time after 10pm - this is a residential neighborhood - this includes music off and voices down No smoking inside No pets No parties/events - guests will be asked to leave with no refund POOL HEATING $125/day (full stay required) Heated to 88 degrees Can take 24+ hours to heat the pool so we need advanced notice BBQ GRILL We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you. DEPOSIT We may ask for a $250 deposit at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection ($500 for holidays) Left Behind Items $10 service charge added to shipping cost TPT#21506799 Vacation Rental Permit#039252 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
