There are two rooms available: Room 1 - $750: Spacious second floor master bedroom with large walk-in closet. Comfortably fits a king-sized bed with room for more furniture. Room 2: $725: Good sized bedroom with reach-in closet. Fits a queen-sized bed with space for more furniture. Bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. Our home is in a quiet, established neighborhood near shopping, transit and walking trails. The home features an open main floor with kitchen, dining space, and a large living room. The second floor has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The basement includes another living room with television, a shared laundry room, one bedroom and bathroom. We have a large outdoor space with a sizeable patio to the rear that opens out onto the yard and a spacious deck at the front of the house. We share the home with one large, friendly dog.
