PETS & LIVESTOCK POLICY: Horses: Permitted. Maximum of 4 horses allowed on-site utilizing the 4-stall barn, arena, and grazing pastures. Commercial boarding or running an unapproved public training business is strictly prohibited without explicit written landlord approval and county licensing. Domestic Pets (Dogs/Cats): Allowed subject to landlord approval. Requires a small additional monthly pet rent ($50 per pet) and a refundable pet deposit.
