QUALIFICATION CRITERIA We evaluate the full financial picture of each applicant: Income: Housing costs should not exceed 40% of verified post-tax monthly income Debt obligations are factored into the affordability calculation Credit history: Strong credit preferred; all scores reviewed in context, minium score is 650 Employment: Stable, verifiable income required overtime and variable income will not be counted toward qualification Eviction history: No prior evictions Criminal background: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis per applicable law We look at the whole picture our goal is to find a tenant who will thrive here, not just qualify on paper.
