Step out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the boardwalk, complete with patio seating for four.
All linens are provided, along with beach essentials like boogie boards and chairs. The unit also includes a dedicated parking space large enough to accommodate even a full-size SUV.
Ideally situated between Pacific Beach Pier and the famous Belmont Park roller coaster, the condo places you within easy reach of everything. Just behind the building, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bike and surfboard rentals, apparel and beach shops, and surf lesson providers.
