Lease Policy for 1-Year Rental Lease Term: The lease agreement is valid for a period of 12 months, commencing on the start date and ending exactly one year later. Security Deposit: The total security deposit required is equivalent to three months' rent: One month's rent for the security deposit One month's rent for the last month of the lease and First month This amount is payable at the time of signing the lease. The security deposit will be held to cover damages, unpaid rent, or other lease violations. It is refundable at the end of the lease term, subject to the condition of the property. Rent Payment: Rent is due on the 1st day of each month and must be paid in full by the due date. Late payments may incur a fee as specified in the lease agreement. Renewal & Extension: At the end of the lease term, tenants may request renewal or extension. Renewal is subject to landlord approval and may involve updated terms and rental rates. Property Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and reporting any damages or repairs needed promptly. Use of Property: The property is to be used solely for residential purposes by the tenants listed in the lease. Subleasing or additional occupants must be approved by the landlord. Early Termination: If the tenant wishes to terminate the lease before the end of the 12-month term, they must provide written notice. An early termination fee equivalent to three months' rent will be payable at the time of termination. Compliance: Tenants agree to abide by all local laws, ordinances, and community rules applicable to the property.
