BEGINNING BEFORE PICTURES. Old version of no door and carpet in Primary and vinyl is bath
REMODELED exterior receives scratch coat of stucco
REMODEL: Insulating styrene board prior to scratch coat of stucco.
BEFORE PIC of small posts on back patio and water grass yard with no irrigation
REMODEL: Firred out walls and boxed in wood rafters so everything can become smooth stucco that is foam insulated before styrene board goes on
REMODEL: Foaming of attic! Garage has overhead storage accessed by pull down stairs
REMODEL. Home has masonry block construction. Sturdy but a total heat sink. Hence all the frame out and foaming of the exterior walls. Like one big insulated beer cooler afterwards LOL
REMODEL Removed dirty fiberglass insulation and replaced with expanding foam insulation.
REMODEL: Every exterior wall received foam insulation besides the attic. With solar, this is why last month bill as $73 for the month of June
REMODEL My redlines showing the framing crew where I wanted soffit bottoms. I'm a GC since 1984 and built the home originally before buying it in Dec from the 2nd owner.
REMODEL: Yet another layer of insulation, the styrene board
REMODEL: Framing out rafter tails with soffit bottom profile
UPSTAIRS FLOOR PLAN AFTER REMODEL
DOWNSTAIRS FLOORPLAN AFTER REMODEL
REMODEL: Prepping to wash out the pigeon waste and wire around the solar panels so pigeons can not return and roost.
REMODEL Brand new heavy and solid core shaker style doors throughout the house.
REMODEL: Reframed and replaced a couple of the homes front windows to e more aesthetically balanced before order polywood shutters everywhere, even for windows on front of garage so everything matches! Polywood is another great insulator
REMODEL: How I pinned layouts for hardscape items to later be constructed. My ROC license dates back to 1984 as Arizona's first female GC :). This neighborhood was my first tract then I went into building only custom homes for the next 35+ years

Tenants should not be cigarette smokers, even if it's always outdoors. Last owners only smoked outside but apparently their lungs exhaled vapors into paint, window coverings, carpet, baseboards and door jams. Slowly everything had to come out to finally get all the cigarette orders out of the home. Their poor lungs if this was just from what they smoked outside before coming in :( I'm looking for 1 year minimum lease. This is a perfect home if the couple likes to travel and not be concerned about who might molest the home while gone. Neighbors watch out for each other without being in people's businesses. Polite people that treat others with old fashion neighbor manners. Neighborhood has an annual block party. People can walk their dogs at any hour of the night and it's quiet here. Looking for just a single family to rent, not several adults rent splitting. I live across the street so it will be obvious if you were not honest about who were the tenants/occupants. Let's discuss vehicle count: 2 in garage, 2 can be on side drive and a RV can be behind the gate. Would like to avoid anything regularly parking beyond that amount. Mesa requires trash barrels to be stored either in garage or behind fence lines. Just FYI.

The neighborhood

About the building

This home has been significantly remodeled starting in December and all that is lacking is the installation of the custom closet shelving in the next few days. Artificial turf front and back is having its final touches. Putting green will be done by end of July. Attractive inside and out as you can see by the numerous pictures! Best part beside low utility costs is the neighborhood. Quiet. Good neighbors. Home seldom come up for rent or purchase and go quickly. Stable neighborhood close to good schools, nice restaurants at nearby Dana Park. Easy access to Superstition Freeway 2 miles south. Home Depo is 3 minutes at corner of Broadway and Val Vista.
