Lease terms

Landlord reserves the right to select the best candidate. Renters must purchase rental insurance. Renter pays all utilities. No smoking or drugs on premises. Only individuals listed on the lease can occupy the property. Any additional persons occupying the property for more than 7 days must be added to the lease with a rental rate increase of $1000 per month per person.
