The rent would be $900 for 1 renter or $1000 for 2 renters and $2000 security deposit. The internet, water, and electricity bills will be split by the persons living in the house. On average for three people, each one pays $90 per month. The house is 13 minutes from the ERAU. The lease will be between now and 12-31-2025 with a month's notice before moving out. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, and I am looking for who enjoy a clean quiet house. Currently, one ERAU MBA student who is a Chinese male will graduate in Dec is living in the house. It is ideal for college students or young professionals who live in the area. The house has new dishwasher, washer and dryer, and fridge.
