Will accommodate 1-2 people. The cottage provides a sweet, tranquil retreat tucked beneath the canopy of ancient redwood trees. Ideal for writers, couples, or anyone craving a restorative getaway, this redwood hideaway blends rustic charm with the magic of Big Sur country all within minutes of beaches, hiking, and world-class dining. Also, apart of Carmel Unified school district! This is 1 of 2 cabins available on this property. *Both cabins rented separately* With the cabin being rented, we are looking for clean, respectful and MINIMALIST qualities in a tenant. There is no storage available at property and will not rent unfurnished. Good credit, minimum 700 Owner pays garbage, internet, pest control, yard cleanup. Tenant responsible any firewood needed, electricity & propane. Pets: 1 dog would be considered for additional monthly fee and deposit. $2450/month, plus $4000 deposit. $50/pp application fee.
