This is 1 of 2 cabins available on this property. *Both cabins rented separately* With the cabin being rented, we are looking for clean, respectful and MINIMALIST qualities in a tenant. There is no storage available at property and will not rent unfurnished. Good credit, minimum 700 Owner pays garbage, phone, internet, pest control, yard cleanup Tenant responsible for firewood to heat cabin, electricity & propane.
