No smoking, pets on a case by case basis, 12 month lease preferrable. Room #2 Basement room is ~17x11 fully furnished with a shared bathroom. The basement has 2 bed 1 bath and a living room, 1400 sq ft. Same terms as room #1 except $1100/month since it's fully furnished. The house itself is 2800 sq ft (shared kitchen, 2x living rooms, laundry room, full back yard & shed). My roommate Rhett and I are in our early 30s. We enjoy staying active, disc golf, and hitting the local sauna/cold plunge. We've had both male and female roommates so open to a coed house. Added bonus...I have two great doggos!
