Full street parking accessible in the front of the main house or back side entry gate by the cottage with direct access to alley and additional parking on country club dr. Small pets under 30lbs allowed with non refundable $250 pet fee. Must agree to agree in lease to a monthly cleaning if staying more than 31 days. Absolutely No parties allowed. Up to 2 guest permitted. 3 max persons total allowed on property. Lease duration is 31 days or greater with the ability to extend lease with a signed addendum for price adjustments due to seasonality. Tenant responsibilities is to take out trash weekly via the side gate access directly below the unit with access to back alley. Trash cans and recyclables are stored in the alley for your convenience. Tenants responsibility to abide by street parking regulations for weekly street sweeping on Tuesday or Wednesdays depending on which side your parked on. Parking tickets will be your responsibility.
