This condominium is in a quiet neighborhood so it's a great choice for those wanting to relax! The space is suitable for up to 2 guests, providing one king bed in the bedroom (no tv in bedroom), a convertible memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and one bathroom with a tub and showerhead. Amenities include a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, 65" Smart TV in the living room only, high speed Wi-Fi, and in unit washer/dryer. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools to prepare a meal. Grass Area There is plenty of grass area surrounding the complex for your pets, however, there is no individual patio or balcony for the unit. Parking One designated carport space (height 98 inches) is available for guest use. Guest can also park off of the street in front of the complex if that is more convenient. IMPORTANT AIR UNIT INFO (PLEASE READ): This condominium complex was built in 1962 and utilizes a chiller system to cool and heat each unit. The chiller system circulates air into air handling units which are located in each individual condo. The air handling unit operates in two modes: cool mode and heat mode. A thermostat is not utilized in these units, but instead a dial is used where you can set the air coming out of the vents to low, medium, or high. To be clear, there is no thermostat in the unit. The Homeowners Association (HOA) controls when the entire condominium complex transitions between heating and cooling modes. Typically, the cool air mode is active from May to November, while the heat mode is active during the colder months. However, please note that these timeframes can vary. It is important to highlight that we have no prior knowledge or communication from the Homeowners Association (HOA) regarding the exact dates when the air system will switch between modes. We receive notification from the HOA on the day of the mode change. To enhance your comfort, there is an LG portable Air Conditioner in the bedroom,L and the living room as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and two portable fans. These can be used to improve air circulation and create a pleasant environment.
