Single-car garage with driveway parking for four vehicles. Hardwood floors throughout, composite decking and balconies, Samsung Flex-Duo gas range, dual-zone wine cooler, open floorpan living area... Did I mention it's less than 700 feet to the beach!? Master bath boasts a large walk-in closet and bath with a jacuzzi tub (yes, a little of a 90s vibe, but I shut my mouth after soaking in it the first time). Third- and first-floor laundry (all major appliances stay with the home). Home is painted with Sherwin-Williams "Coastal C"ol" palette colors -- bedrooms are "Sea Salt," bathrooms are "Fawn Brindle," entryway is "Scanda," living/dining/kitchen "s "Accessible Be"ge. When I purchased and started remodeling in 2017, this was supposed to be my home for several years, but, of course, the Navy had other plans for me... I went to great lengths choosing the perfect hardwood (hickory!) flooring, entry tile (Italian ceramic!), granite island and wine chiller (that was a MUST!), powder room fixtures and wallpaper (seriously, check out the photos)...even installed a gas line so I could cook with a gas stovetop. I spent hours agonizing over which paint colors, light fixtures, and ceiling fans to get...I absolutely LOVE this house. I never really got the opportunity to enjoy living here because the landscaping, new decking, and updated fireplace were literally finished the week I moved out -- so, more than anything, I want the right renters who will appreciate and care for this house as if it's their own. Brand-new, efficient 3rd-floor HVAC installed in May 2026. One-year minimum lease; utilities paid by tenant. Home comes unfurnished.
