Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Pet Policy: Up to two pets considered with approval. Maintenance & Repairs: Owner is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property remains in good working condition. Tenant is expected to promptly report any maintenance issues. Application Requirements: All applicants must complete a rental application and consent to a background and credit screening. References may also be requested. Applicants with evictions within the past three years will not be considered. Applicants should demonstrate monthly income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent. Renter's Insurance: Renter's insurance is not required but is strongly recommended.
