$250 non-refundale fee for steam cleaning furniture, and changing air filters if pet(s) are included. $2000 refundable deposit required. Garage has bicycle storage, but furniture storage is not allowed. Pets allowed, on approval. All utilities are included: fast internet, water/sewer, electricity, gas, trash pick-up, lawn mowing. Tenant pays for weekly pet waste clean-up service. We recommend (about $15 a week for 1 dog) Scooper Trooper service. We suggest getting your mail at a local UPS store postal box. Maibox is not available at house. Parking is available inside the garage as well as in the driveway or street. There is a $50 refundable deposit if you choose to have a garage door opener. We strongly suggest that only a small fire be built in the fireplace, there is central heating, so the fire is mostly for ambiance. Once every 60 days there will be a quick maintenance appointment made with tenant in order to check appliances, moisture meter around toilets and sinks, check to see that exterior lights are functional, and sump pump is working in crawl space, check the yards for pet damage, and change the furnace/air handler filters. We'll also ask you if anything needs replacing or repair.

Located in a safe, quiet, cul de sac. Sidewalks in neighborhood, big trees. Shopping mall, eateries, and movie theatre nearby. Sunny southern exposure. Large fenced backyard, decks on both levels. No air conditioning. 90 is highest temp in Anchorage, and only for 2 weeks.. portable air conditioner + fans provided.
