Approval qualifications are: Monthly income 3x rent (last two months paycheck stubs) Stable job history (two+ years consistent employment) FICO credit score 620+ No evictions/broken leases - PERIOD No active felonies or misdemeanors No aggravated assaults - PERIOD Pets subject to approval with additional deposit and cleaning charges Approval process requires: ALL occupants 18 years old and above required to complete an application via Zillow Application fee $40 per applicant upon tentative acceptance of written application and document review, paid online by credit/debit card Copy of valid DL/ID required for all tenants 16+ years of age Last 3 years rental history with contact numbers Additional documents may be requested based on application: Last 2 months cleared rent/mortgage checks or bank statements If self employed: Last years tax return Upon approval: Security deposit - 1 to 2 months rent based on credit history plus pet deposits/fees Deposit must be paid at lease signing, first full months rent due 48 hours prior to move in.
