We don't do long term rental more than 6 months. Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in a spacious living area that is ideal to gather with family. Adjacent to the living room, there is a fully-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to prepare daily meals. Laundry is also located in the kitchen for convenient access. The formal dining area comfortably seats 6 people, and there are additional seats available at the island to accommodate more guests. We also have a playroom with additional seating areas, furnished with an air hockey and foosball table for your entertainment. Additionally, the backyard features a pool for you to relax and unwind. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: - Bedroom 1 : One comfortable King bed - Bedroom 2 : One queen size bed - Bedroom 3: One queen size bed - Bedroom 4: One single bed + one bunk bed Our monthly rate is $9,000 plus a one-time post stay cleaning fee of $600. Refundable security deposit of $4,000. Please note there is also a fee if you are bringing pets along.
