No smoking allowed. One small dog allowed with $500 pet deposit with $250 of that nonrefundable by written permission of the landlord. I like my neighbors and do not want to infringe upon their peaceful existence and would ask any renters from refraining to do anything to upset the peace of the neighborhood. Renters are expected to keep the yard mowed unless you wish, for an extra fee, we will take care of the yard for you. Rent is due on the first unless we come to another arangement in writing. There is a $25 late fee with an addition of $3 per day after the original $25 is paid. we prefer a year lease but I'm open to discussing a lesser term. Willing to rent partially furnished or unfurnished. Formerly an airbnb so wouldn't mind leaving beds, tables, etc if needed

Spacious, bright home on quiet cul-de-sac near Tulsa River Park walking trails and the Gathering Place.… Walking distance from Trader Joes, restaurants, Eliot Elementary School, library, churches. The house has an open floor plan, with hardwood floors throughout. Small back yard with gardens, and large trees. House has a garage and carport, indoor washer and drier hook ups, lots of indoor storage cabinets built into the hallway, One and 1/2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower. Central heat and air. is a coat closet when you first walk in the door. Energy saving blinds in every room. Has electric stove and refrigerator included if you need them. I can remove the refrigerator if you do not want it. The house is full of light, the neighbors are great, neighborhood is walkable and safe. Prefer no pets but I am open to discussion. Prefer you bring your own washer and drier but open to leaving 3 year old units if needed.
